Q: | |
What is your favorite project you have ever worked on? |
| A: | |
I've worked on many different projects over the years, but none of them have really been as exciting as Blend. All the other products I've dealt with have been tools for a very specific purpose, where Blend is a playground. I love being able to just get some crazy idea, and actually be able to implement it and make it work in Blend. |
Q: | | When you're not plugged into work, what are you doing? |
| A: | |
I'm a gamer, through and through. If I'm not working, I'm usually playing a board game, a card game, or something like that. I also enjoy reading, and I've recently been learning to draw. |
Q: | | What puts you into the creative mode and gets the creative juices flowing? |
| A: | |
Pretty much any time that I'm not thinking about something specific, my mind loves getting creative. I can be driving in traffic, and if the radio fades to background noise, before long, I'm imagining rules for a new game, or some quirky new piece of technology that I want to try out. |
Q: | | What are some of you favorite features for of Expression Blend? |
| A: | |
Since I tend to be a bit more of a developer, I really appreciate the Developer/Designer connectivity. Being able to quickly swap between Blend and Visual Studio makes the whole process much easier.
Also, since I tend to use a Tablet PC quite a bit, I'm glad for the click/drag property changing. It's nice to not have to pull out the keyboard for quick property or color changes. |
