View Justin's Bio Unfortunately there is no way to link a Layer Mask to a Smart Object in Photoshop. However there is a quick and easy workaround for this problem. Click on the Create a New Group Icon (the folder icon in the bottom of the Layers Panel), drop your Smart Object into the group, and then apply your Layer Mask to the Group. This will allow you to move the mask and the Smart Object simultaneously.
