Benefits:
Total Training offers comprehensive HMO & PPO medical / dental plans, and vision benefits so our employees can select among a variety of health plan options that are right for them and their families. These benefits are available after completion of 30 days of employment. Total Training also offers supplemental insurance, a 401K plan and a flexible spending account.
Total Training offers 10 days of paid time off during the first year of employment and 15 days paid time off per year after the first year is completed.
